These polygons cover areas outside city limits within the defined future development areas, as well as select undeveloped sites within city limits. In most cases, these land uses are just representative projections based on the type of employment center at an intersection; they are not to be interpreted as a literal plan at any specific location. Each polygon is attributed with a land use and a development area (Tiers 0-4). Any polygons that are Tier 0 are undeveloped/redeveloping sites within city limits that are immediately serviceable.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
